We will deliver your food hot and fresh in disposable aluminum pans and set up on your serving tables. There will be a delivery charge based on total distance.
We bring the smoker and cook on site. We will set up your food on your tables in our chaffing pans if needed. There will be 3 hours of service time provided and we will clean up at the end. If any additional time is needed there will be additional charges for each hour. We do not charge a gratuity, that is left to the customer’s discretion based on the quality of the food and service. There will be an 18% service charge on the total purchase plus a travel fee based on the total distance.
There will be a 50% deposit of the total order required on reserving the date for your event.
The date will not be secured until payment has been received.
We must receive minimum 30 days notice of cancellation of the event. Late cancellations will result in a non-refundable charge of your 50% deposit.
A 21% fee will be charged for the booking & holding of your event which will be taken out of the deposit.
We accept cash, checks, or you can use a credit card through pay pal on our website. After the 50% deposit the remaining balance is due either before the event or upon our arrival on the date of the event.
